What people ask before deciding.
Price, contracting, artificial intelligence and what happens to your data, answered in writing. The long version of the data ones, with its source and its statutory citation, is in Security & data.
Price and contracting#
What you need to know before asking for a quote.
What are PAIR credits?
They are the unit that measures AI use. Each seat brings its own every month: 200 on Light, 1,000 on Professional and 2,000 on Advanced; on Enterprise, tailored. On Light, credits are only for creating forms and choosing their charts. Only features that go through an AI model use credits: filling in by hand, producing a PDF, exporting or writing in the chat do not.
How far do the credits go?
We are measuring it with real use, feature by feature, and will publish it here once we have the exact figure. In the meantime, in the demo we show you how much each feature uses with your own forms.
What happens if they run out?
We warn at 80 %, the person and the company. At 100 % only the AI pauses: forms, offline filling, reports and chat keep working. Credits for the month do not accumulate: what is not used is lost when the month changes.
Can we buy more credits?
Yes. The administrator buys top-ups of 1,000 credits for US$ 10, plus tax. They go into the company reserve and last 12 months. Automatic top-up can be switched on, and we always warn before every charge.
Can we mix plans? Is there a minimum?
Yes: each person has the plan of their seat. The minimum is 3 seats per company, adding up plans. The price per seat depends on the company’s total seats: with more people, it goes down. Above 100 people we talk about an Enterprise plan, and the price per person keeps going down. You are billed for the seats active in the period.
Who takes a seat?
Everyone in the company who uses PAIR. Professional and Advanced include 1 Collaborator for every 5 seats, who fills in by hand, from the phone, the forms assigned to them, and 1 auditor for every 10, always at least 1 per company, who can only review. Beyond that allowance, each person takes a seat. An auditor from your own company takes a seat.
What does onboarding include?
On Professional and Advanced we digitize 3 of your forms on monthly billing and 10 on yearly billing, as you choose, plus a session so your administrator can create the next ones. It requires 3 seats and at least one Professional or Advanced. On Light you create your forms yourself. On Enterprise, tailored.
Do prices include tax? In what currency?
They are net: in Chile VAT is added and, in other countries, whatever tax applies. The price is always set in US dollars; the amount in your currency shown under each price is an approximation. You can pay yearly or monthly: we show both prices.
How do I try PAIR?
It always starts with a demo. After the demo we enable 14 days with everything in Professional. There is no self-service sign-up. When the trial ends, the account moves to Light; if another plan suits you better, we talk it through with you.
Can you bring my data over from another tool?
Yes, at no cost: we bring your data over from your current tool. Your data is yours: you can export all of it whenever you want.
What if we stop being customers?
You can export all the company’s data whenever you want: records, photos, signatures and PDFs, in their original format. If you stop paying, the account stays read-only for 30 days so you can take everything with you.
Artificial intelligence#
What it does, where its limits are, and what leaves your organisation when it is used.
What does a model see, and what does it not?
It sees the photo and the audio you send to be analysed: those do travel to the model provider, because analysing them is exactly what you are asking for. It does not see the content of fields you mark as reserved, and that is what they are for: what cannot leave your organisation is marked beforehand, not afterwards.
Who is the model provider?
Google. It is named with its role in the privacy policy, not hidden behind a generic, so you can copy it straight into your processing register and your supplier assessment.
Does the model decide anything on its own?
No. It fills fields from what it sees and hears, and a person reviews and signs them before approving. There is no automated decision-making about people: that is the situation article 22 of the European regulation governs, the one you have to be able to rule out in writing if your group answers in Europe.
Your data and who can see it#
What you need to be able to answer before signing. The long version, with sources, is in Security & data.
Who can see what?
Inside your organization. You define the access each inspector, supervisor and administrator has, not PAIR.
What happens to personal data that appears in a photo?
It is redacted: national ID numbers, faces and whatever you mark.
What does an AI model see, and what does it not?
Role-based masking applies to people. Against the model, the content of a field marked as reserved does not leave your organization. What does travel to the model provider is the photo and the audio you send to be analysed, because analysing them is what you are asking for: that is why reserved fields exist.
What weight does the recorded time carry?
The approval time is set by the server clock, never by the phone, and the fill time is stored separately and shown labeled for what it is. It is not an accredited electronic timestamp under Chile’s Law 19.799: that requires an accredited provider.
Where does the data live, and what infrastructure does it run on?
Google Cloud, with your organization’s data separated by access rule, not merely by naming convention. The services are located in Iowa (United States) and São Paulo (Brazil). That is an international data transfer, governed from 1 December 2026 by articles 27 to 29 of Law 21.719. It is contracted infrastructure: Google is neither a customer nor a commercial partner of PAIR.
