Mining operations recorded in the field, with or without signal.
The forms your site already uses, digitized as they are. Crews fill them with photo and voice, offline, and every finding lands on the pit plan or the mine level.

Five site operations that eat hours today, and how PAIR changes them
| Today | |
|---|---|
| Operators fill out the pre-use check on paper in the cab. The sheet reaches the office days later, if ever. | Mobile equipment · pre-use inspectionFilled out offline, with a photo of each defect. A critical defect opens a maintenance task with an owner and due date. |
| The shift supervisor walks the pit with a notebook and writes up findings from memory back at the office. | Open pit · berms, haul roads and dumpsEvery finding gets a photo and a GPS coordinate on the pit plan, and the dashboard groups them by sector. |
| The permit passes from hand to hand on paper. Signatures get collected however they can, each with a handwritten time. | Concentrator · lockout/tagout permitEach crew member signs on the phone, stage by stage, and every approval carries the server timestamp. |
| The supervisor checks heading by heading, and the record sits in a binder nobody opens before going in. | Underground · scaling and ground supportEach heading has its own history and next due date, placed on the mine’s level view. |
| The operator logs freeboard, pond and drainage on a sheet. To see the trend, someone has to retype it. | Tailings · daily inspectionReadings feed a dashboard that builds itself, and an out-of-range reading creates a follow-up task. |

What it costs your site today
Open pit, underground, concentrator, tailings and mobile equipment.
The pre-use checklist gets wet, falls apart, and two weeks later nobody knows where it went.
The finding gets fixed in the field, but the proof is lost on somebody’s phone.
The monthly report is built by hand, against the clock, often until 11 p.m. on the last day.

Frequently asked questions
How do I digitize a pre-use check or any document at a mine site?
With a photo. Snap the check you use today, or any document, and in a couple of minutes or less the app turns it into a form with its sections, fields and checkboxes. You can also do it over WhatsApp with our chatbot, or build it field by field in the app.
Does it work with no signal in the pit or underground?
Yes. The form fills out completely offline, and pending records upload on their own once coverage returns. Every record keeps the time it was filled out and the time it reached the server.
How do I build monthly site reports without retyping data?
Filter records by period and export to Excel or PDF; the statistics dashboard builds itself. A read-only API feeds Power BI. Sensitive data, such as ID numbers, can be masked on export.
