The inspection you do every day, without the retyping you do every Friday.
The scheduled round, the pre-use check, the weekly checklist. Routine work, logged the way it always was, then retyped on Friday when nobody remembers which unit a reading came from. PAIR cuts out that retyping.

Five things that change in the first month
| Today | |
|---|---|
| The area supervisor logs it on paper during the shift, and the due date lives in a separate spreadsheet. | Scheduled rounds, with due datesEvery item with its last check and next due date. A missed round shows up without anyone looking for it. |
| The operator ticks a sheet in the cab before moving the machine, and the sheet gets filed. | The pre-use check, at the machine, not in the officeA complete history per unit, which is what you show when someone asks. |
| Whoever finds the problem reports it verbally or by email, and the close-out has no proof. | A finding that triggers a taskA task with an owner and deadline, and the after photo that proves it was closed. |
| The inspector handwrites the reading at each point, and errors only surface at data entry. | Readings with a range, so impossible numbers don’t get inThe value is checked against its range as it’s entered, not in next month’s review. |
| Someone builds it by hand at month end, copying spreadsheets. | The period report, built automaticallyThe monthly PDF under your letterhead, filtered by site, period or owner. |

What makes routine inspections fall apart
For routine, scheduled work. If you need a one-off review with an outside party watching, that’s an audit.
The routine gets done, but the paper gets wet, gets folded and lands in a binder nobody opens until someone asks for it.
Data gets retyped into the spreadsheet in batches, days later, and that’s where half the value is lost: it arrives late and without a photo.
When something fails, the question is always the same, “When was this last checked?”, and answering it eats half a morning.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with no signal in the field?
Yes. The round can be filled out completely on the phone with no coverage, including photos and signature, and it uploads on its own when signal returns.
Can I use the checklists I have today?
Yes, with a photo. Snap the one you use, and in a couple of minutes or less the app turns it into a form with the same items in the same order. You can also do it over WhatsApp with our chatbot.
