Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information collected through pair.cl is handled. Data that customer organizations upload into the PAIR product is governed by the applicable services agreement; for that data, the customer organization is the controller and PAIR acts as its processor (service provider).
Who we are
PAIR SERVICES CHILE SPA (“PAIR,” “we,” “us”), a company organized in Chile, is responsible for the personal information collected at pair.cl.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at contacto@pair.cl.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you enter in the demo request form: your name, work email address, company name and, optionally, a message. The form can be submitted without the message.
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or social media pixels, and your browser does not request resources from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your IP address is not disclosed to third parties that way.
Netlify, which hosts this website, logs the IP address and browser type of each request, as any web server does, and stores form submissions in its dashboard before forwarding them to us. These technical logs are not used for profiling.
- We do not use advertising or measurement cookies.
- We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making about visitors.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers named in this policy, acting on our behalf.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use form data solely to respond to your request, schedule the demo you requested and follow up commercially on that same request. We do not send newsletters and do not add your information to mailing lists.
Under Chilean law, through November 30, 2026 the processing is based on the consent you give by submitting the form. From December 1, 2026 it is based on PAIR’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives, or on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under article 13 of Law 19.628 as amended by Law 21.719.
You may ask us to stop writing to you at any time by emailing contacto@pair.cl; we will then stop contacting you and delete your record.
Service providers and data location
Form submissions are received by Netlify, which hosts this website and processes data on our behalf; we receive them from there by email. Netlify operates in the United States.
The product’s systems run on Google Cloud Platform, using services located in Iowa (United States) and São Paulo (Brazil).
As a result, personal information may be transferred to those countries. For data subject to Chilean law, from December 1, 2026 these transfers are governed by articles 27 to 29 of Law 19.628 as amended by Law 21.719.
We will update this page, and the date above, before any new provider begins processing personal information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for ninety days from the last contact. They are then deleted by an automated process that covers both the Netlify dashboard and the mailbox where submissions are received.
If contact resumes after that period, a new record is opened, with its own retention period. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Data relating to an active customer relationship, and records uploaded into the product, are retained as set out in the services agreement.
Your rights under Chilean law
Through November 30, 2026, under Law 19.628 as currently in force, you have rights of access, rectification, cancellation and blocking. You may exercise them by writing to contacto@pair.cl.
From December 1, 2026, under Law 19.628 as amended by Law 21.719, you also have rights of objection and portability, and you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
In both cases we respond through the same channel, within the deadlines set by the law in force at the time of the request.
Notice to US residents
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar state privacy laws.
You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal information by writing to contacto@pair.cl. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
This website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites. We treat Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request; because there is no tracking, no further action is required.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Encryption is applied at the Google Cloud Platform infrastructure layer, and documentation of these controls is available on request.
Access to our systems is role-based and logged.
If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay at the email address you provided, describing what we know and the steps we are taking.
Data in the PAIR product
This policy covers the website. For data a customer organization uploads into the PAIR product, that organization is the controller and PAIR acts as its processor, subject to the obligations and limits set out in the services agreement.
Within the product, each organization is isolated from all others by access rules; the customer sets each user’s permissions; and personal information visible in a photograph, such as national ID numbers or faces, can be redacted with the product’s redaction feature.
Image and voice recognition features process record content using Google models. Fields marked as confidential are excluded from that processing. Values suggested by artificial intelligence are distinguished from those entered by the user and require the user’s approval.
Photographs are treated as evidence of the asset or condition inspected. The product does not use facial recognition to identify individuals.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email to the individuals concerned before they take effect.
