Does each worker need a PAIR app?
No. They message the PAIR number from WhatsApp and the record lands in the form with author, time and location.
Is WhatsApp safe for company data?
Only the content sent to the PAIR number is processed, and it lands in your organization’s account with your permissions. WhatsApp is listed among the subprocessors in the Trust Center.
