How a shift is handed over

Rounds, readings, failures and findings, by voice, photo or WhatsApp, each with its time and author.

At close, PAIR gathers what is open and what was done: PDF, Excel and a ZIP with the photos.
- 03 · The incoming lead signs
The link lasts 30 days; opening it records “Received” with date and time.
